Introduction

Welcome to UMRATECH (Ummat Muhammad Rasool Allah Technologies). These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile applications and services. By accessing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any UMRATECH application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Our Services

UMRATECH provides free, privacy-focused Islamic applications including:

Hadith Collection - A comprehensive collection of Hadiths
Everyday Muslim - Daily Islamic practices and reminders
Dua Wall - Collection of authentic Islamic supplications
Other Islamic educational and spiritual tools

Subscriptions and Billing

Some of our apps offer optional premium subscriptions that provide enhanced features and support our mission to provide free Islamic apps to the Ummah.

Billing Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, and we do not have access to your payment information. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as determined by Apple or Google. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple or Google support directly, as they handle all billing and refund requests.

User Accounts

Most of our apps do not require user accounts. Where accounts are optional or required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

User-Generated Content

Some of our apps allow you to post content, such as community discussions or reviews. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant UMRATECH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or Islamic principles.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Islamic principles. You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our apps

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of UMRATECH or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Islamic texts, Hadiths, and Duas are from authentic sources and are provided for educational and spiritual purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to provide accurate Islamic content, we recommend consulting with qualified Islamic scholars for religious guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMRATECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account or subscription, you may do so through the respective app store.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
