Welcome to Hadith Collection, an app from UMRATECH. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hadith Collection mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hadith Collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
Hadith Collection provides access to Hadiths from various collections including Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other sources. Features include:
- Reading Hadiths in Arabic and English
- Bookmarking and saving favorite Hadiths
- Advanced search functionality
- Sharing Hadiths with others
- Text-to-speech for Hadith narration (Premium)
- Creating and sharing beautiful Hadith cards (Premium)
- Community posts and interactions (Premium where applicable)
Subscriptions and Billing
Hadith Collection offers optional premium subscriptions. Your subscription directly funds development and server costs, making it sadaqa jariyah (continuous charity) as every reader who benefits brings you reward, insha'Allah.
Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple tiers to accommodate different financial means. All tiers provide the same premium features:
- Monthly Basic - For those with limited means
- Monthly Standard - Standard support tier
- Monthly Plus - Enhanced support tier
- Monthly Premium - Maximum support tier
Yearly subscriptions are also available at discounted rates
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
To cancel on iOS:
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Hadith Collection > Cancel Subscription
To cancel on Android:
Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Hadith Collection > Cancel Subscription
Refunds
All purchases are final and handled by Apple or Google. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
User Accounts
Hadith Collection does not require an account for most features. If you choose to enable account-based features, authentication is used to protect your profile and enable sync/backup capabilities across your devices. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hadith Collection only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Islamic principles. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Transmit any harmful or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the app
Intellectual Property
All content and functionality of the app are protected by intellectual property laws. The Hadiths and Islamic texts are from authentic sources and provided for educational and spiritual purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Hadith Collection is provided 'as is' without any warranties. While we strive to provide accurate Islamic content from authentic sources, we recommend consulting with qualified Islamic scholars for religious guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMRATECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in accordance with Islamic principles of justice.
